Sorry, I was out of the office all last week. The agreement for construction of the project has been finalized
and we are setting up the Purchase Order for the project. We hope to issue a Notice to Proceed around the
middle of this week. I will keep you updated.

Leigh,

We have run into a bit of a snag on the Vac Truck Water Quality Facility. The contract was finalized but our
Administration has asked us to delay the project at least for a few weeks. We have contacted the contractor,
and they are going to hold off on mobilizing to the site. You may want to do the site inspection whenever
now.

I will keep you updated on the status of the project. Thanks for all your help on the project! We do still hope
that we can start construction in the next few weeks.

If it's still within a few weeks, that still works fine for my fall timeline. I mostly just don't want to bleed into 2025, as I
imagine you don't either for the sake of construction.

Unfortunately on December 12 I have to administer an exam between 9am to 11, and I have sampling work at another
site this week that has come up as well. Is there anything we could do from December 17 to 19?

Our administration approved the Vac Truck Water Quality Facility on Friday. We issued a Notice to Proceed
today. The contractor is going to get back to me in the next couple of days to let me know when they will
