2. Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 (Permit).Permit version that was signed on March 8, 2021.3. White Mesa Uranium Mill Groundwater Corrective Action Plan (“GCAP”) Revision
0, dated May 12, 2012.
The Division review concluded that the report appeared to be in compliance with the Permit, QAP, Permit and GCAP. This letter constitutes a closeout of the2ndQuarter 2024Nitrate Monitoring
