The Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed the review of the August 7, 2024, 2nd Quarter, 2024Chloroform Monitoring Report(DRC-2024-006535).
The review was to determine compliance with the following:1. The EFR Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) dated February15, 2022 (Revision. 7.7)2. Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004
(Permit). Permit version that was signed on March 8, 2021.3. White Mesa Uranium Mill Groundwater Corrective Action Plan (GCAP) Revision 0, dated September 14, 2015.
The Division review concluded that the Report appeared to be in compliance with the Permit, QAP, and GCAP. This letter constitutes a closeout of theAugust 7, 2024, 2ndQuarter, 2024
