(“EFRI”). This inspection also included the collection of split samples by the Division of selected groundwater monitoring wells. The inspection was based on compliance with the:The EFRI Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) dated February 15, 2022 (Revision. 7.7). The findings of this inspection and results of the analytical analysis for the Division split samples of the wells will also be included as part of the Division review to complete the inspection for the 4th Quarter 2024chloroform groundwater monitoring report due March 1, 2025. Based on Division staff observations of EFRI staff performing the sampling and monitoring on November 5 and 6, 2024, it appears that EFRI staff is in compliance with the field sampling requirements in the QAP. This letter constitutes a closeout of the field inspection performed onNovember 5 and 6, 2024, for the 4thQuarter 2024groundwatermonitoring event.
