required to maintain a current bacteriological sample siting plan. The plan sho,r'ls the locations ol all sample sites fmm wiich
bacteriological tests are taken. Sample sites are to be representative of all pressure zones and sach water source of he
distribution syslem. The sample plan should b€ revised regularly and follou/ing any major construclion propct impacting the
distribution system.
