A construction project using the terms you have indicated in your March l7 letter is not expected to adversely impact human health or the environment. Specifically, your terms included: oNo oftsite transport of soil. oThe concrete pad at SWMU 32 in Operable Unit (OU) 4 will remain and be buried beneath the proposed building. o Wells P-05D and P-05S will be undisturbed and fully accessible from the road. oThere will be no residential use, including any daycare use on the property. It is my undentanding that the project intends to hook the building up to the municipal waste water system. This is needed to mcet one additional condition in Section 6.2 of the Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CCRs): oThe tansferee shall not discharge water onto the ground in quantities that would negatively impact groundwater quality or remediation of groundwater The EPA identifies no concerns with this proposal should these conditions be met. If unexpocted contaminants are encountered during construction, the EPA should be notified within one business day. You may reach me at 303-312-6504. Pat G.
