Mark,
Please see the attached lab report for the unknown tank found at the Odgen RDA
property located on the northeast corner of the Lincoln Ave. and 26th Street in Ogden,
Utah. You will see the soil samples came back clean and the only exceedance was for
diesel in groundwater. I have a question for you. Given that diesel was only 2.2 mg/L
(with no benzene detected), if we go back and collect a TPH-DRO fractionation sample
in the source area and it comes back below the exposure threshold values, could we get
closer that way. Or will we be required to investigation the extent of the impacts first?
