I'll get a copy of these results into Laserfiche. Sean mentioned something on the call this
morning about charging non-notifier tanks a year or more worth of fees. Not sure if we want to
do this for this site or not. Let me know if you need anything from me.

All,
I just received the lab results from the soil samples I collected from the UST excava on. In summary, there were
diesel concentra ons above Utah Ini al Screening Levels (ISLs) below and on the north side of the excava on
that will require over-excava on and confirma on resampling. Oil and Grease contamina on was present but
below Utah ISLs. Gasoline and BTEXN compounds were all non-detect. The soil I collected from on top/inside of
the UST was below ISLs, so it was probably mostly uncontaminated soil from above. Soil on the east side was
non-detect.

Subject: Wonderblock UST soil samples update
Mitch, Gage, and Trey,
I delivered the soil samples to the lab this morning. As requested, I put the samples up for a
1-Day expedited rush, but the lab is very busy so the results will be in on Thursday. I did
smell some gasoline-type vapors in the soil samples as I put them in jars, so I expect there
to be some positive detections. Since the UST is unknown, I ran the samples for gasoline,
diesel, oil & grease, VOCs, and SVOCs. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Also, if any of you have photos of the UST in the ground, please forward them to me for our
report. My phone is 562-668-7235 if texting the photos from you phone is easier.
Thank you,
Michael Sauerwein, P.G.
