Good Morning/Afternoon,
In the month of NOVEMBER, Your water system did not take a routine total coliform sample.
Was a sample taken for this water system? If so, please send those results to [e-mail].
Please note that submitting through CMDP does not always guarantee that the result has been successfully
received. Occasionally, glitches can occur that prevent the result from coming through.
To ensure everything is processed correctly, it would be very helpful if you could send over the sample. This will allow me
to verify that it is in our system and confirm that it is associated with the correct Water System Number, Name, and
Sample Point.
If a sample was taken and you do not have a record of said sample, please contact the lab you worked with to get that
sample and send it into [e-mail].
If applicable: If the Water System was not open during said month, please provide DDW with the month the
System Closed.

The property was not open during the month of November.
The property there is open from May-Sept can we adjust the sampling dates to those months?

We have the operating period for the Water System 5/1 - 11/30. Do you want us to change the operating period? I do see
that we did get an October result, so I am a little confused when you say that September the system was closed.

The property closes the last week of Sept. In 2025 the last day we are open to the public is 9/29.
I believe the property took in a sample this year as they were using the water for closing but we did not
serve the public aer the 9/30.
