Box 1339 Grantsville, UT 84029-1339 RE:Class 1- Modification, Approval of Update in Facility Waste Analysis Plan (Attachment 1) UTD981552177 Dear Mr. Simmons: On October 14, 2024, Clean Harbors Aragonite (CHA) submitted a Class 1 modification to notify the director of changes to the facility’s Waste Analysis Plan (Attachment 1). Specifically, the modification changed the category code forinfectious waste from 7a to 7.1 for high mercury and from 7b to 7.2 for low mercury.The changes to Attachment 1 reflect how these category codes appear in CHA’s WINWEB System.The Division proposed additional changes in routine waste codes from 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d to 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 in an email dated October 23, 2024.
