Patent to parcel given to George Billings 1920 – By warranty deed George Billings creates joint estate with wife Maggie Billings 1926 – An interest to parcel given by the Billings via warranty deed to Henry Howes 1926 – Sheriff Sale of parcel to Earle and Claire Winslow 1937 – Earle Winslow quitclaim deed property to Claire Winslow 1943 – Earle Winslow dies 1953 – Claire Winslow conveys parcel by warranty deed to Sarah Winslow 1956 – Claire Winslow dies 1959 – Sarah Winslow conveys parcel by warranty deed to Carl & Donna Wilkerson and Dale & Luella Workman Between 1959 to 1962 – First USTs installed. Carl Wilkerson personal history states “we built a new service station and bulk plan on west side of town, where we had bought a city block.” They had a lease with Texaco for a bulk plant in another part of town that he moved to this site. 1959 to 1962 - Some indications bulk plant with gas station may have also installed ASTs with USTs. Likely 1962 – Carl Wilkerson states in personal history that Dale Workman was his partner in the gas station. Dale Workman’s obituary stated he owned a Texaco service station. 1962 – Wilkersons & Workmans enter lease with Texaco Inc. (no terms of lease given) 1962 – Sarah Winslow dies 1962 – Kay and Helen Hamilton acquire interest in property at Sarah Winslow estate sale. 1964 - Wilkersons & Workmans assign earnings from Texaco lease to Denver United States National Bank 1966 – Kay and Helen Hamilton quitclaim deed their interest in property to Wilkersons and Workmans. 1971 – Carl and Donna Wilkerson conveys by warranty deed their interest in the property to Dale and Luella Workman. April 1986 – Notification of Underground Storage Tanks – Owner Jennings Petroleum; Facility name: Self Service. Mirl Jennings President of Jennings Petroleum. 5 USTS: 2 12,000, 2 2000, and 1 6000. Also known as Conoco Self Serve. 1990 – Dale and Luella Workman conveys property by warranty deed to the Mirl Jennings Family Living Trust & Deane Jennings Family Living Trust. August 1991- UST Closure (from Jennings Petroleum). Three USTs, 2-2000 gallon 1- 6000 gallon. August 1991 – Release FCO reported from closure. Jennings Petroleum Self Serve. 1990-1992 - Some file records refer to site as Jennings Petroleum’s Self Serve Conoco gas station. 1994 – The two Jennings Family Living Trusts conveys property by warranty deed to Lessle and Lanette Gardner. February 1996 – Notification of Underground Storage Tanks; Owner Lessle Gardner, facility name Conoco Self Serve. April 1996 – Self Serve Duchesne Permanent Closure Inspection, last two 12000 gallon USTs removed (with Les Gardner). April 1996 – Release JRH discovered with closure of site. 2002 – Lessle and Lanette Gardner conveys property by warranty deed to Shri Ram, LLC. 2004 – Shri Ram, LLC conveys property by special warranty deed to Mundy LLC. October 2004 – Notification for Underground Storage Tanks; Mundy LLC, facility name Sunrise Chevron. No USTs noted, facility has above ground tanks. 2004 – Deane Jennings dies, Deane Jennings Family Trust likely distributed soon after. 2008 – Kay and Helen Hamilton dies. 2013 – Carl Wilkerson dies. 2014 – Shri Ram, LLC conveys property by warranty deed to Duchesne Real Estate Development, LLC. 2014 – Mirl Jennings dies, Mirl Jennings Family Trust likely distributed soon after. 2016 – Luella Workman dies. 2018 – Dale Workman dies. 2022 – Donna Wilkerson dies.
