Purpose of Site Visit: RAP Oversight/ NOI Permit inspection
Observations:
DERR arrived on-site and met Linsey Shafer to inspect the NOI discharge permit. The frac tank
is set up on the south end of the site next to the stormwater discharge point on Indiana Ave.
Culinary water lines are run from west of the driveway to the tank to mix with the pumped water
to meet permit requirements.
No issues were noted in the discharge location. No odors or sheen was noted in the tank. The
contractor had bermmed off the southern portion to try and dry it out first. A second pump was
being installed on the northwest corner.
No issues were identified during the site visit.
