Site Visit Report- Redwood Road Dump VCP #121

Purpose of Site Visit: RAP Oversight/ NOI Permit inspection
Observations:
DERR arrived on-site JD Bush contractor was not on the site only sub-contractors. The frac tank
is set up on the south end of the site next to the stormwater discharge point on Indiana Ave.
Culinary water lines are run from the west of the driveway to the tank to mix with the pumped
water to meet permit requirements. No odors or sheen were noted at the discharge point.
Two pump intake locations are set up, due to the locations, I am unsure if they are both running.
The surface water on the site has drained significantly but there are still areas of standing water
remaining. Very little earthwork has been done. A crusher has been delivered on-site to process
incoming fill material.
No issues were identified during the site visit.
