I spoke to Nancy about this last week. The wells will be installed after development is completed, so we can anticipate that groundwater monitoring will start Spring/Summar 2025. The City will rely on the status letter report for occupancy purposes. Nancy will update the report this week to include the latest round of VIMS installations, we will provide you with a copy of the updated report. The complete VIMS Installation Report will be prepared after all systems have been installed, likely in early 2025. I will let Nancy jump in on the questions about final remediation report and discharge water. Hi Nancy, In preparation for the opening date for Redwood Rd, I'm looking to update the file and narrow down on some of the groundwater work that we did this year. Would you be able to send over the monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports for the dewatering? Also, could clarify what the treatment process was for that water before it was discharged? Looking at the NOI for the permit, it looks like culinary water was added to the 20,000-gallon frac tank to lower the total dissolved solids. Was there any additional treatment for the water? Also, I gave Catherine a call about a week ago and asked if there was an anticipated schedule for the final remediation report and the 2-year groundwater monitoring program that's outlined in the RAP. Do you know if there is a timeframe for either or these? And are we planning to rely on the status document sent to the City on Nov. 25 until that final remediation report is completed? Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it.
