Dear Mr. Howard :
Rio Algom Mining LLC (RAML) has completed the 4th quarter 2023 inspection of the
Lisbon Valley Facility. As per license Condition 10 , Amendment #6 we are providing
DWMRC with a quarterly update on the site perimeter fence inspection. An inspection of
the perimeter fence was performed during the groundwater sampling ever.it that occurred
on October 29, 2023 . The inspection found that the fence and gates were generally in
good condition . Minor repairs were made at the time of the inspection.

On October 29 , 2023 , Joseph Sepiol of Arcadis , U .S ., Inc . conducted an inspection of the perimeter fencing at the
Rio Algom Mining LLC site in Lisbon , Utah. An inspection of the 2.88 miles of fence line surrounding the site was
conducted on foot. Condition of signage , damage, and any sign of illegal entry were noted .
The fence and gates are in good condition . Minor repairs were made during the inspection .
The entire perimeter fence was mapped using a GPS tracking system .
