Dear Mr. Howard:
Rio Algom Mining LLC (RAML) has completed the 3rd quarter 2023 inspection of the
Lisbon Valley Facility . As per license Condition 10 , Amendment #6 we are providing
DWMRC with a quarterly update on the site perimeter fence inspection. An inspection of
the perimeter fence was performed during the groundwater sampling event that occurred
on August 1, 2023. The inspection found that the fence and gates were generally in good
condition. Minor repairs were made at the time of the inspection.

On August 1, 2023, Connor Lathrop of Arcadis, U.S ., Inc. conducted an inspection of the perimeter fencing at the
Rio Algom Mining LLC site in Lisbon, Utah . An inspection of the 2 .88 miles of fence line surrounding the site was
conducted on foot. Condition of signage, damage, and any sign of illegal entry were noted.
The fence and gates are in good condition. Minor repairs were made during the inspection .
The entire perimeter fence was mapped using a GPS tracking system .
