Hello Robert,
I hope you are feeling better. Please find that attached copy of the recent UST inspection. The items I need to follow up
on are the following.
1. Submit the release detection records that you have for the past year. A picture of the reports will work.
2. Submit the Monthly checklist that includes the 60 day rectifier readings.
If these items are not available for the past year please submit valid tests and monthly inspections for March, April, and
May by the 15th of each month. Please let me know if you have any questions.
