The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed a review of the
Supplemental Soil Gas Sampling Report (Report) for the Former WRR Industries Site that was received
February 28, 2024.
Based on our review, the Division concurs with the findings of the Report that no further
characterization is needed for the eastern adjoining property. The Report is hereby approved.
