As requested by the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control, Clean Harbors
Clive, LLC is providing modified and additional PE stamped drawings that will be included in
this Class 3 modification.
Enclosed are the attached drawings:
• New Emergency Evacuation Plan for the Cylinder Storage Yard(s) (EE-CYL-01 Rev. 0)
• Updated Facility Plot Plan (43-0l-1-J002A Rev. 2)
