Brian,
Thank you for your time today. As discussed our Pretreatment Technician was notified during a routine inspection that the
Ultra Car Wash, located at 766 S. River Rd, St. George Utah, 84790, has been collecting solids from their mud boxes and
land applying it on a property located at 207 W. 3930 S. in Washington, Utah. I have attached both the email discussion
as well as the maps that were provided by the facility showing the location of where the contents are being applied.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information from me.

Hello, We use our clam shell digger to scoop the mud out. We then haul it over to a property owner in washington where
its dried out and used for back fill. The address is 207 w. 3930 s Washington.
