The Joshua Tree Parcel is a 15-acre portion of the greater 900-acre Olympia property. This report documents the metals-impacted soil removal activities and post- removal sampling performed on the Joshua Tree Parcel. The DERR agrees that this report adequately reports on the environmental remediation efforts completed at the Joshua Tree Parcel, located within the greater 900-acre Olympia property. The soil removal was conducted following the approved Shallow Soils Soil Management Plan and Addendum No. 1 to the Final Soil Management Plan. The DERR does not require additional sampling or removal at the 15-acre Joshua Tree Parcel and issues this letter of completion for the work performed under the approved Soil Management Plan and Addendum No 1 to the Final Soil Management Plan. This determination is based solely on the review of the referenced document submitted to the DERR. Page 2 Thank you for your submission to the DERR.
