This notice is required by the Environmental Covenant attached to the Westinghouse property located in Weber County, Utah. The Environmental Covenant continues with the property to the new owner as well as remaining with the property owned by Westinghouse. Weber Basin requested this property transfer so that the Water Conservancy District could construct a new public water supply tank on Little Mountain. Note that the portion of property transferred to Weber Basin Water Conservancy District is a vacant portion of Little Mountain that has never been used for industrial or commercial activity. Section 16 of Covenant requires Westinghouse to notify the UDWMRC within 30 days after each conveyance of an interest in any portion of the Property. Property is defined as an approximately 1100 acre tract of property located at 10,000 West 900 South, Ogden, Weber County, Utah. Please accept this letter as satisfaction of the notice requirement.
