On February 23, 2024, the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division)issued Compliance Advisory No. 2312153 (DSHW-2023-213159) requesting proof of dirt cover placement
over the Parowan Landfill. The Division received an email on April 10, 2024 (DSHW-2024-005765) with photos showing that cover has been placed at the landfill. No further action is required
at this time.
