RE: 2024 Annual Shredder Facility Floor Inspection, BAT Module 15 Inspection;Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit UGW450005.
Dear Mr. Anderson:
On April 30, 2024, an inspection was performed at EnergySolutions’ Clivefacility by representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control. The inspection assessed
the maintenance and physical integrity of the Shredder Facility pad as it relates to compliance with conditions of the Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit, UGW450005. Results of the
site inspection were discussed with Nick Clarke and Roger Ekins at the conclusion of the facility inspection.
Based on the findings documented during the inspection, the items observed and reviewed were found to be in compliance with the requirements of the Permit.
