This no further action applies only to the specific Release Site OJR. This recommendation is based on information contained in the file for the release. That information was supplied by you, your consultant, or another representative. The information submitted indicates that petroleum contamination of the soil remains from this release. The contamination is at depths and locations that are not currently considered a threat to human health or the environment according to Utah Admin. Code R311-2 l 1. This evaluation is based on current land usage, exposure pathways, potential receptors and other site-specific risk characteristics. In the future, if changes to these characteristics create a threat to human health or the environment, additional corrective action may be required. Due to the nature and location of contamination that has been left in-place, the DERR is utilizing Blue Stakes of Utah to receive notification when excavators may be digging within the contaminated area. The DERR will provide the attached flyer to excavators when notification is received from Blue Stakes. 195 North 1950 West• Salt Lake City, UT Mailing Address : P.O .
