On April 9, 2024, an inspection was performed at the Section 24 Gravel Pit by representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control. The inspection assessed extraction
activities as it relates to compliance with conditions of the Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit, UGW450005.
Based on the findings documented during the inspection, the items observed and reviewed were found to be in compliance with the requirements of the Permit.
