The Survey was conducted on Dry Creek Transfer Station property which is at 518 West 3450 North in Spanish Fork, Utah. The land will be developed for the new Dry Creek Transfer Station which is owned by South Utah Valley Solid Waste District. The Survey was conducted by Aros Archaeology, LLC. Based on our evaluation of their Survey, the Division concurs with the conclusions and recommendations by Aros Archaeology, LLC. In accordance with Utah Code § 9-8-404, please review this Survey report and provide your concurrence or response to the Division in writing regarding development at the Dry Creek Transfer Station.
