On December 11, 2023, the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division)was informed of unacceptable dumping of liquids on Cache County parcel 15-002-0001 (DEQ Incident
Number 16820), owned by Burkes Utah Land & Livestock LLC. The transporter of the liquid was determined to be DairyWay Transport, LLC. The Division needs to determine Bravo Land Company
LLC’s relationship with this transporter. Please inform the Division if Bravo Land Company LLC contracts directly with the transporter or if the transporting company is a third party
contracted by Schreiber Foods, Inc. within 30 days of the date of this letter.
