SUMMARY: DERR met with Terracon on-site to oversee the installation of two VIMS installs
for units 102 & 103, and 127 & 128. During the visit, DERR observed crews measuring the 20
mil vapor barrier, placing the barrier over the foam and gravel aggregate, cutting the barrier
around piping and other obstacles, and sealing the gaps with tape. Nancy with Terracon stayed
on the site after the DERR left to oversee the installation. She was also planning to come back
later in the afternoon. Crews were also starting to fill in the sidewalks to the north.
