SUMMARY: This was a routine visit by the DERR to check on the status of the site. Weather
was snowy and approximately 30 degrees Fahrenheit. There are still four locations on the
northern half that will need a vapor barrier. Installation was currently today but was pushed to
the following week due to the weather. These locations are all covered with a tarp. Another row
of homes are installed, with about a quarter more to go on the northern half. The four slab-on-
grade foundations that were installed during the last few weeks are covered with concrete. Some
sections of sidewalk are finished in the northwest corner, but most have not been filled. All
sidewalk paths are covered with a tarp.
