General Comments
Comments Fencing at the entrance looks as if it has been damaged to allow
unauthorized access during non operating hours. The dead animal pit has
not been covered. The C&D pit appears to be covered appropriately. A
couple of tires were seen in the C&D pit and should be removed and added
to the waste tire pile. There were no records of random inspections, but the
operator may inspect each load as it arrives.
