Comment (Required)Fencing was broken and there was evidence of large animals gaining
access to the facility. The gate house was closed at the time of the
inspection. It appears that the working face receives cover monthly. Litter
was observed outside of the facility fencing. There is a large pile of green
waste outside of the facility fence, across the roadway from the gate house.

General Comments
Comments Fencing was broken near the entrance and it was evident large animals
enter the facility through the broken fencing. Some litter was observed
outside of the facility fencing. A few tires were observed in the working face
and should be removed. It appears the working face is covered regularly.
The green waste pile needs cover. A large pile of green waste was
observed outside the entrance.
