Metal debris was observed dumped outside of the entrance to the facility. Litter was observed out of the C&D pit. An uncovered dead animal was observed in the C&D pit. The waste pit looks as if it hasn’t been covered in a while. The facility will add a spot on their daily report to record when and how much cover is placed. Illegal dumping is occurring on the southwestern end of the facility and no perimeter fencing is along that side of the facility. Drainages have some debris in them.
