General Comments
Comments The facility is in the process of ordering a new entrance sign with the
appropriate information. Metal debris was observed dumped outside of the
entrance to the facility. Litter was observed out of the C&D pit. An
uncovered dead animal was observed in the C&D pit. The waste pit looks
as if it hasn’t been covered in a while. The facility will add a spot on their
daily report to record when and how much cover is placed. Illegal dumping
is occurring on the southwestern end of the facility and no perimeter fencing
is along that side of the facility. Drainages have some debris in them.
