If I'm not mistaken, I believe we spoke about them being posted at the post office? You're also welcome to distribute the factsheets (attached) by mail or email. Your DWSP plan only requires that this material be sent to properties on septic within your protection zones for WS004 (map below). I will need to see proof that the system implemented this before I can concur with the updated plan. This management strategy is described in the original DWSP for Hatch Town and needs to be implemented at least once every update cycle (six years). If you can just reply to this email stating that you posted/distributed the factsheet, I can concur with your update. Thanks for providing the waiver form.
