The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) received a request to change the Permittee/Operator name from Georgia-Pacific Gypsum LLC to Global Remediation & Environmental
Services LLC.
On November 12, 2024, a Division Representative contacted you to verify if the landfill name, Georgia-Pacific Gypsum LLC Mill Site Landfill will be changed to Global Remediation & Environmental
Services LLCMill Site Landfill. Youconfirmedthe landfill name is not to be changed as part of this request.
The Division has approved these changes as a minor permit modification to the existing plan of operations.
