Your Waste Tire Recycler Registration Application has been reviewed and administrative approval for registration as a waste tire recycler is hereby granted. Western Tire Recyclers LLChas
been assigned the solid waste tire recycler number TRR2024-03. Western Tire Recyclers LLC should use this number on all future correspondence sent to the Division regarding recycling
of waste tires in the state of Utah.
This registration as a waste tire recycler will be valid until December 31, 2024by which time a new registration must be filed with the Division.
This approval is required in order to be in compliance with requirements for the recycling of waste tires in the state of Utah. Maintenance of a valid registration and full compliance
with all applicable requirements for a waste tire recycler does not relieve waste tire recyclers of the responsibility to obtain and comply with any other required local, state, or federal
approvals or permits.This registration may be revoked in accordance with Utah Administrative Code R315-320-5(9).
