I have provided a screen capture for what we submitted for reference. In follow up, we are requesting a temporary relocation permit to operate the specified equipment for period of 6 months or 180 operational days. It is our intention to operate this equipment temporarily only for special uses, and if there became a need to continue operating this equipment as a more permanent part of the operation, we would seek to obtain and navigate through the formal fixed AO process. To emphasize again, it is not our intention nor our plans to operate past the requested time period. As part of this request, we believe that it is important to note that the equipment listed in the fixed AO ,(DAQE- AN114360002-16), Section II.A.8 and II.A.9 will not be on site or in use during this time period. As well, all equipment referenced in section II.A.10 through II.A.12 has been permanently removed from this location and is not in operation. Should there be any questions or need to discuss further, please contact me.
