During yesterday's BAT inspection (3/4/24 ), it was identified that the 1997 Pond process controller did not have power.
Maintenance was notified the same day and today the process controller was replaced and is operating as designed .
Per GWQDP #UGW450005 , Part I.G.4.b.1, Energy Solutions is providing this 24-hour notification and will provide written
notification of this concern within 5 days of yesterday's discovery.
