During today’s BAT inspection (2/22/24), water was found in the interior of the SRS DU building, in the northwest part of the building
where it has been observed previously. The waste drums in this area are covered to prevent water from contacting the drums.

Per GWQDP #UGW450005, Appendix K, Part 4.19.3, Energy Solutions is providing this 24-hour notification and will provide written
notification of this concern within 7 calendar day’s of the discovery.
