Yesterday (2/22/24), water was found above the grate in the sediment basin of the Rotary Building due to a rain event. The pump for
the sediment basin was put into manual mode and the water in the basin was pumped down below the grate the same day.
Maintenance was rescheduled for repairs to be completed today (2/23/2024).

Per GWQDP #UGW450005, Appendix K, Part 4.15.3.3, Energy Solutions is providing this 24-hour notification and will provide written
notification of this concern within 7 calendar day’s of the discovery.
