INCIDENT SUMMARY
Customer was filling up their truck and the handle didn't shut off resulting in an overflow of 25 gallons of diesel. The diesel flowed into an on site storm
drain, which has an oil water separator - less than 5 gallons made it into the drain; the rest of the diesel stayed on site on concrete/asphalt. SL County
HD was on site. SLC Fire Department was on site and helped clean up the surface last night. Maverik called an environmental response company, who
came on site early this morning and cleaned up the rest of the surface; they used a power washer and a vac truck on the surface, as well as the vac truck
on the storm drain. Reported that the site is cleaned up.
