Hello Liberty –
As we discussed by phone yesterday, I am providing this email follow-up and status update regarding Larry H. Miller’s (CTP D
former ABF Freight LUST Site (Site).
During 2024, Tetra Tech has supported CTP DEV by performing routine operation and maintenance of the existing remediatio

concurrently. The following next steps are anticipated as part of this work in accordance with the LUST program regulations:
1. Spackman Enterprises will submit to DERR the UST Closure Report with the laboratory results for the recent four U
2. CTP DEV and Tetra Tech would like to meet with DERR’s assigned Project Managers, Branch Managers, and Morgan
approach for correc ve ac on.
3. Tetra Tech will submit a revised Correc ve Ac on Plan (CAP) presen ng the approach for advancing overall Site rem
4. Tetra Tech is coordina ng with subcontractors to remove free liquids from tanks, piping, and oil-water separators,
