Miller’s (CTP D former ABF Freight LUST Site (Site). During 2024, Tetra Tech has supported CTP DEV by performing routine operation and maintenance of the existing remediatio northwest corner of the site. During early October 2024, the remaining four USTs that were operated by ABF Freight were pe DERR oversight by DeAnn Rasmussen, and the tanks were observed to have released diesel fuel based on visual observatio the property has been shut off in anticipation of demolition activities, and as such – the existing remedial system is no longer Because these four USTs have PST Fund insurance coverage and the original Diesel LUST release does not, CTP DEV and (PST RA Branch), plus Mike Pecorelli and his assigned project manager (PST EAP Branch), to develop a wholistic approach concurrently. The following next steps are anticipated as part of this work in accordance with the LUST program regulations: 1. Spackman Enterprises will submit to DERR the UST Closure Report with the laboratory results for the recent four U 2. CTP DEV and Tetra Tech would like to meet with DERR’s assigned Project Managers, Branch Managers, and Morgan approach for correcve acon. 3. Tetra Tech will submit a revised Correcve Acon Plan (CAP) presenng the approach for advancing overall Site rem 4. Tetra Tech is coordinang with subcontractors to remove free liquids from tanks, piping, and oil-water separators, corner of the Site prior to site demolion. 5. CTP DEV and its contractor will demolish above-ground structures and floor slabs/foundaons to enable access fo 6. CTP DEV will retain (a) remediaon contractor(s) to implement the program presented in the CAP. 7. Tetra Tech will support CTP DEV with environmental oversight and technical direcon during CAP implementaon compleon of the work to pursue LUST site closure for both releases.
