This no further action applies only to the specific Release Site ITU. This recommendation is based on the information contained in the file for this release. That information was supplied by you, your consultant, or another representative. The information submitted indicates that petroleum contamination of soil and groundwater remain from this release. The contamination is at approximately 5-6 feet deep and at locations near and due east of the former underground tanks that are not currently considered a threat to human health or the environment according to Utah Admin. Code R311-211. This evaluation is based on current land usage, exposure pathways, potential receptors and other site-specific risk characteristics. In the future, if changes to these characteristics create a threat to human health or the environment, additional corrective action may be required.
