On April 30, 2024, an inspection was performed at the EnergySolutions’ CliveSite by representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control. The inspection assessed
the physical integrity of the Rotary Dump Facility’sconcrete floors and surfacesas it relates to compliance with conditions of Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit, UGW450005. The results
of the site inspection were discussed with Nick Clarke and Roger Ekins at the conclusion of the facility inspection.
Based on the observations and findings documented during the inspection, items observed were found to be in compliance with the requirements of the Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit.
