During today’s BAT inspection (10/18/24), water was found in the interior of the SRS DU building, The waste drums in this
area are covered to prevent water from contacting the drums. The water was cleaned up and removed. Per GWQDP
#UGW450005, Appendix K, Part 4.19.3, Energy Soluons is providing this 24-hour noficaon and will provide wrien noficaon
of this concern within 7 calendar day’s of the discovery.
