Dear Mr. Hansen:

EnergySolutions hereby provides an update to the solutions proposed for the leaking DU
Building Roof (as continuation to CD-2024-069; submitted April 3, 2024 and CD-2024-
183; submitted on September 3. 2024).

Due to internal requirements for contractor liability insurance, the start of the roofing
project for the DU Building has been pushed back to October 28th. Materials are expected
to arrive onsite prior to the October 28th start date.
