Inspection Module 8, Site Access and Radiological Postings

On October 24, and 31st, 2024, an inspection of Module 8 was performed at EnergySolutions’ Clive facility byrepresentatives ofthe Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (DWMRC).
The inspection was an examination of interviews with Energy Solutions’ personnel, record reviews, field measurements, and observations regarding Site Access and Radiological Postings
requirements, procedures, policies and standards per license conditions UT 2300249.
All items inspected met applicable regulatory requirements and site procedures. No further action is required regarding this inspection.
