Dear Mr. Rogers:
On October08, 2024, representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control, performed Health Physics Inspection Module 19, Laboratory. The inspection was a verification
of compliance with Utah Radiation Control Rules and the conditions of your Radioactive Materials Licenses as they relate to radiological safety at the Clive Facility.
The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews of personnel, independent measurements, and observations by the inspectors.
All items inspected met applicable regulatory requirements and site procedures and no further action is required in regard to this inspection.
