EnergySolutions herein provides the Director of the Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control with 24-hour notification of potential discrepancy with shipment 1075-09-0004. While inspecting the shipments on November 10, 2024, liquid was observed within the shipping pan van conveyance.
The shipment was moved into the Restricted Area and the generator notified. A Condition Report is being generated to track resolution of the discrepancy. Please consider this the required 24-hour notice. Should there be any questions with this notification, please contact me at 801-649-2000.
