Dear Ms. Shaffer:
On December 4, 2024, a letter with the subject line above was delivered to the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control. Along with the letter two thumb drives were delivered.
After reviewing the thumb drives it has been determined that the information on them is not needed to support the letter and many of the documents on the thumb drives include information
that may be considered information that should be protected in accordance with Utah Code 63G-2-305.
The purpose of this letter is to return the thumb drives to the Salt Lake County Health Department.
